How To Choose IVR Voice Talents
We screen our voice talent for professionalism and voice consistency. They are not only native speakers of their language, but also have no regional accents. But most of all, availability is key. We work with people who are generally available for quick turnaround recordings when a few additional prompts are required.
We typically send you several voice samples to choose from, but are also happy to make the choice for you if you do not have access to resources speaking the target languages.
